Order Processing & Production Time

Because every item at JoAstria is custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, your order goes through a dedicated production phase before it ships.

• Production/Processing Time: 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping/Transit Time: Once printed and handed over to our courier partners, delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order is usually 5–11 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping exclusively within India.

• Free Delivery: We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders over ₹500.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹500, we charge a flat rate of ₹70.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves the printing facility. The tracking link will become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

Multiple Shipments

Please note: If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may occasionally be printed in different batches and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for shipping if this happens.
