Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To qualify for a free replacement or refund on a damaged or defective item, you must:
1. Contact us at info@joastria.com within 5 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number along with clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage, alongside the original packaging label.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (personalized items or custom-printed apparel). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Address Warning

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturing facility address printed on your shipping package. Any items sent back without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund

If a replacement is unavailable, we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your photo/video evidence. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
